The performance stimulates the imagination about the stories that can be found in every seemingly empty space. Drawing from interviews with Rotterdam residents, ‘Place/Make’ shares glimpses of finding and making a space for oneself in the city. Handstands and acrobatics by Melody come together with the use of the space by Omer, including brick and metal constructions. In this way, both artists jointly create a rich dialogue between body, the space behind the window and artistic expression.
